Sanjay B Jumaani offers a variety of payment options to make it convenient for clients worldwide to avail our services. We believe in transparent and secure payment practices. This section outlines the terms related to payments, including Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) options for credit card payments, general payment conditions, and related financial terms. By making a payment for any service on our website or through provided channels, you agree to the following terms:

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment methods to cater to both our domestic (Indian) and international clients:

  • Online Payment Gateway (Razorpay): Our primary mode of online payment is through Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway. Through Razorpay, you can pay using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, popular Digital Wallets, and UPI (Unified Payments Interface). Razorpay supports major card networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay, etc.) and banks. When you choose to pay online via our website’s checkout, you will be securely redirected to the Razorpay interface to complete the transaction.
  • Credit Card EMI: If you are paying by credit card (Indian banks), Razorpay by default offers an EMI option for eligible cards and banks (more details on EMI in section 2 below). This allows you to convert the charge into monthly installments as offered by your bank.
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): We also provide an option for direct bank transfer for those who prefer it. You may transfer the fees via NEFT/IMPS to our official bank account: Account Name: Mr. Sanjay B Jumaani, Bank: DCB (Development Credit Bank), Account No: 02412433333311, IFSC: DCBL0000024. If you use this method, please email us the payment proof (screenshot or UTR number) immediately at sbjumaani333@yahoo.com along with your name and service booked. This helps us verify and acknowledge your payment. We will confirm receipt of NEFT/IMPS payments typically within 1-2 working days. (Note: This account info is provided for convenience. Always double-check the details before transferring, or request them from us directly if unsure, to avoid any fraud.)
  • UPI / Mobile Wallets: As given above, UPI is accepted via Razorpay. Alternatively, you may directly send payments to our UPI ID sbjumaani5490@ibl or jumaanibrowsing39-1@okaxis (these are official UPI handles linked to our accounts). For Wallets like Google Pay or PhonePe, you can utilize UPI through those apps using the provided UPI IDs or QR code (if available on our site). After sending a UPI payment, also send an email confirmation so we can track it.
  • PayPal (for International Clients): For clients outside India who might face difficulty with Indian payment gateways, we offer PayPal as an option. Our PayPal ID is sbjumaani333@yahoo.com. You can send the payment in USD (United States Dollars) as quoted by us (for example, our package prices might be given in USD for convenience, e.g., USD $181 for Package 1). Please note, PayPal may charge you a currency conversion fee or commission. Additionally, for us to receive the full amount, PayPal fees might be deducted; we kindly ask that you cover those fees or add approximately 5% if you choose PayPal to ensure we receive the net amount due. If we receive significantly short due to fees, we may notify you of the difference.
  • Cash or Other Modes: We generally do not encourage cash payments since our services are typically booked online. In-person payments can be arranged for special cases (like someone visiting our office in Mumbai) but only with prior discussion. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) or post-paid services because all work is upfront.

2. EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) Option

We understand that investing in a comprehensive Numerology consultation or report is an important decision, and we want to make the payment flexible for those who need it. If you are paying via a credit card (issued in India) for a larger amount, you may have the option to convert your payment into EMIs. Key points regarding EMI:

  • Availability: EMI is typically available on major banks’ credit cards (such as HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, etc.) when you pay through Razorpay. When you choose the credit card option in the payment gateway, it will display EMI plans if your card is eligible. Common durations are 3, 6, 9, or 12-month installments. You can select the plan that suits you.
  • Bank’s Discretion: The EMI facility is offered by your card issuing bank, not by Sanjay B Jumaani or Razorpay directly. This means the approval of EMI, the applicable interest rate, and any processing fee are determined by your bank. We do not influence or have any control over that process. In rare cases, even if EMI is offered, your bank might later decline or reverse it (e.g., if you don’t meet some internal criteria). By opting for EMI, you understand that this is an arrangement between you and the bank.
  • Charges and Interest: We do not charge any additional fee for you to avail EMI. However, most banks do charge interest on EMI transactions (unless it is a special “No Cost EMI” promotion which usually involves a discount equivalent to interest). The Razorpay interface will typically show you the breakup – for example, “3 months EMI at 12% per annum interest – pay ₹X per month.” Please review that carefully. The total amount you end up paying to the bank might be slightly more than the upfront amount due to interest. That interest goes to the bank, not to us. We receive the full amount of our service fee from the bank upfront (and then you repay the bank over time). If any “No Cost EMI” option is displayed, it usually means we have adjusted pricing to cover interest, or your bank is running a promotion. Unless explicitly mentioned, assume a standard interest-bearing EMI.
  • EMI Processing: When you choose EMI, your credit card will initially be charged the full amount of the service (say ₹23,100) by the bank. Then, typically in 2-7 days, the bank will convert that into an EMI plan and you will see the charge split into monthly installments on your card statements. If the bank for some reason does not convert it to EMI (e.g., a technical glitch or eligibility issue), you might see the full amount due in your next bill. If that happens, contact your bank’s customer service immediately to inquire. Sometimes, they might require an extra confirmation or might have failed to process. We cannot convert it on our end; it’s between you and the bank.
  • Prepayment or Foreclosure: If you decide to pay off your EMI early (foreclose the loan), or if you want to cancel the EMI after initiating, you’ll need to coordinate with your bank. Some banks allow early closure with a fee, some might not. We as the merchant cannot cancel an EMI plan once it’s set—because as far as we are concerned, we’ve received full payment. Any changes to your repayment schedule are purely between you and your card issuer.
  • Default/Non-Payment: It’s crucial to pay your EMI installments on time as per your credit card agreement. If you default or miss payments, the bank may charge penalties or interest, and it could affect your credit score. This doesn’t directly involve us, but we certainly want our clients to remain in good financial standing, so please only opt for EMI if you are confident in managing the repayments. Also, if a payment is defaulted and the bank clawbacks the amount from us (in case of a chargeback or dispute), we reserve the right to suspend or withhold your Numerology service (or results) until the issue is resolved, since we must ultimately receive payment for the service provided.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All our service fees are generally quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian customers. For convenience, we may quote approximate USD prices for international customers, but the actual charge will be either in INR (converted by your card issuer at prevailing rates) or in USD if using PayPal. The prices listed (for example, ₹12,300 for Package 1, ₹23,100 for Package 2) are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently fall under professional services that attract GST (Goods & Services Tax) in India. Any such taxes are included in the price you pay – we will handle the tax payments to the government. This is one reason we have a no-refund policy: when you pay us, we often immediately incur tax liabilities on that income, which we cannot recover if we refund you. A tax invoice can be provided upon request which will show the fee and tax component. If you need an invoice for your records or reimbursement, please let us know at the time of booking or soon after payment, and we will email it to you. For international orders, please note: your bank or card might levy a foreign transaction fee or a conversion spread if you’re paying in INR. That is between you and the bank – we do not receive those amounts. If paying via PayPal in USD or other currency, the conversion and fees are handled by PayPal, as mentioned. In summary, the price we advertise is what we expect to receive; any additional charges by intermediaries are unfortunately out of our control.

4. Payment Confirmation

When you make a payment, you should receive a confirmation:

  • Online Payments (Razorpay): After a successful transaction, the website will usually show a confirmation message or redirect to a success page. You should also receive an email receipt from Razorpay (to the email you input during payment) summarizing the transaction. Please save that as proof. Our team also receives notification of payment. We aim to acknowledge your payment via email within 1-2 business days (often sooner). If you don’t get an acknowledgment from us in that time, do reach out to ensure we got your order.
  • Direct Bank Transfer/UPI: You will have your bank’s receipt or screenshot. We will send a manual email confirmation as soon as we verify the credit in our account. If you don’t hear from us within 2 days, please follow up – occasionally bank transfers require follow-ups if details don’t match or are delayed.
  • PayPal: PayPal will email you a receipt immediately. We usually confirm receipt within a day or so.

The moment we confirm payment, we will also brief you on next steps (such as sending you the information form, or confirming what details we need, etc., if that hasn’t been done already). Keep all payment communications saved until you have received your service, just for reference.

5. Secure Transactions

Your payment security is extremely important. We have chosen reputable payment partners (like Razorpay and PayPal) specifically for their robust security measures. When you enter sensitive payment details on Razorpay’s form, that data is encrypted and transmitted securely. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, passwords, or OTPs. Similarly, for UPI, you authorize through your own app securely. Our website does not capture those details – it only receives a success/failure notice. We advise you also to practice safe measures: only make payments on our official site (jumaani.com with HTTPS secure lock visible), do not share OTPs with anyone, and if someone calls claiming to be from our team and asks for card info or OTP, do not provide it (in fact, report that to us, as we never do that – any payment you do is client-initiated, not us pulling info). We regularly monitor for any phishing or fraud attempts targeting our clients, but vigilance on your part is a great defense.

6. Refunds for Payments

As detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, we generally do not offer refunds once a payment is made, except in special circumstances (e.g., duplicate payments, inability to deliver service, etc.). Please review that policy for a thorough understanding. If a refund is agreed upon for whatever reason, the refund will be processed to the same payment method that was used. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will issue the refund to that card (which will reflect in your card account in a few days). If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask for your account details to send it back. Note: If you used a credit card and opted for EMI and later a refund is given, understand that refunding does not automatically cancel the EMI with your bank – typically, the bank would then credit the refund to your card and you might have to pay off or adjust the loan. Always check with your bank how a refund affects an ongoing EMI. Usually, they might cancel the EMI and adjust, or credit the amount which you can then use to prepay. We will provide any documentation you need for clarity in case of a refund (like a refund receipt). Refunds, when processed, can take up to 7-10 business days to reflect, as mentioned earlier.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strive to resolve any issues directly with our clients. If you have any concern with a payment or service, please approach us first (via support email or phone). Initiating a chargeback (dispute through your card issuer) without contacting us is usually unnecessary and can complicate the resolution process. However, we acknowledge you have the right to dispute a charge with your bank. In the event of a chargeback:

  • We will provide the bank/PayPal with all relevant records (your agreement to terms, service delivery proof such as emails or reports sent) to contest any unwarranted chargeback.
  • If a chargeback is raised due to suspected fraud (for instance, if your card was used without authorization), we will obviously cooperate with the investigation.
  • If you intentionally bypass our refund policy via a chargeback for a delivered service, please note that this is considered a breach of contract from our perspective. In such cases, we reserve the right to deny future services, and we may pursue the matter to recover our dues if the chargeback is unfounded.

Our aim is never to reach such a stage. We maintain a very open line of communication and fair policy. Historically, chargebacks have been extremely rare for us, and we believe that’s due to the candid relationships we build with our clientele.

8. Instalment Plans (Direct)

Aside from the credit card EMI facility, some clients ask if they can pay us in parts (like half now, half later). Our general policy is that full payment is required to initiate service. The reasons include administrative simplicity and also commitment from both sides. Part-payments often lead to confusion or incomplete info. However, if you have a special situation, you may discuss it with us. In select cases, we might allow a split payment (for example, 50% to start and 50% before final report delivery). This would have to be agreed in writing with our team beforehand. Until the payment is received in full, we typically will not release the final report or schedule the call. Think of it as an internal EMI without interest, purely on a case-by-case goodwill basis. Again, this is not commonly offered, and the decision lies with our management. Any such arrangement will not alter the no-cancellation stance – i.e., once the first part is paid and work started, you’re committing to pay the rest; you can’t opt out midway. So please only request this if absolutely necessary and you are sure to complete the payment as agreed.

9. Currency Conversions

Our base prices are in INR. If you’re viewing our site from outside India, your bank or payment method will handle currency conversion. As of now, ₹1,000 roughly equals $12 (USD) or so, but this can fluctuate. When you pay with an international card, the amount might show in your statement in your home currency. That conversion rate and any fee are determined by your card issuer. For reference, if you want to know exactly how much, you can use an online currency converter or ask your bank. We do not have a multi-currency pricing on the site (except via PayPal where we specify an USD amount). Always ensure you understand the currency you’re paying in and the equivalent, especially with large amounts, to avoid surprises.

10. Financial Compliance

We ensure that all our financial transactions comply with relevant laws. All payments received are accounted for, and necessary taxes are paid. For example, if required, we can provide our GST number or any tax details on invoices for transparency. (Our GSTIN, if needed for invoice purposes, can be provided upon request in communications – we haven’t listed it here to keep the content general). We also comply with RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations and card network rules for online payments. If there are any special documentation needs (rarely, international wire transfers above certain amounts might need purpose codes, etc.), we will guide you at that time.

11. Confirmation of Understanding

By proceeding with a payment, you confirm that you understand the cost of the service, the applicable no-refund policy, and you have the authority to use the payment method chosen. If using someone else’s card or account (say, a family member pays on your behalf), it’s presumed you have their permission. We may verify with you via email if we notice payer name and client name differ, just to protect against fraud.

If you have any questions or concerns about making a payment or the EMI options, please do not hesitate to contact us before completing the transaction. We’re happy to assist or clarify to ensure you are comfortable.
