1. Nature of Services & Advisory Disclaimer

Our services, including personalized Numerology reports and consultations, are advisory in nature and rooted in the principles of Astro-Numerology. All analyses, recommendations, and predictions provided by Sanjay B Jumaani are intended to offer guidance and insight into your life. Outcomes are not guaranteed, as Numerological guidance is interpretative and subject to individual belief. We encourage you to use your own judgment before making any significant life decisions based on our advice. Our guidance is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise), and you accept that any actions you take based on our reports or consultations are taken at your own discretion and responsibility.

2. Scope of Consultation – Spelling & Signature Changes

Our Astro-Numerology consultations are comprehensive. Name spelling modifications and signature suggestions are an integral part of our services. This means we may recommend altering the spelling of your name, changing the way you sign, or other personal adjustments as deemed beneficial according to Numerology. Such suggestions are made in good faith to enhance positive outcomes. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that these kinds of recommendations fall within the expected scope of a Numerology reading and you are open to considering them. However, you are free to decide whether to implement these changes; the final choice rests with you.

3. Personalized Service – No Cancellation or Refund

All services provided are highly personalized and require significant preparation and analysis unique to each client. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded by the client. This strict no-cancellation, no-refund policy is in place because work on your Numerology report or consultation often begins immediately upon booking and involves one-on-one expert effort. Additionally, under applicable consumer protection laws in India, custom-made services (such as personalized reports and readings) are exempt from mandatory refunds. We appreciate your understanding that fees once paid are non-refundable, except under the rare circumstances outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy (e.g. a significant error or inability on our part to deliver the service). By making a payment, you confirm that you understand and agree to this condition.

4. Booking, Payment & Consent

To schedule a consultation or request a report, you must follow the booking instructions on our site (such as filling out the required forms and making the payment). Full payment is required upfront to confirm any service booking. We will only commence work on your report or schedule your consultation after receiving the complete payment and all necessary personal details. Once your payment is successfully made, it is taken as explicit consent to proceed with the service. In other words, by paying the fees, you indicate that you have read and agreed to all our terms, policies, and disclaimers, and that you wish us to start the service. Please double-check that you understand the nature of the service and our policies before making payment. If you have any questions or need clarification, contact us prior to payment – we are happy to explain any aspect of the process. 5. Information Requirements & Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requested. For Numerology services, we typically require personal details such as your full name (as per official records), father’s or spouse’s name (if applicable), date of birth, place of birth, and any other details requested in our intake form. The quality and accuracy of our analysis depend on the accuracy of the information you provide. We will maintain strict confidentiality of these details as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Service timelines will only begin once you have submitted all required information. If there is a delay in providing your details, the delivery of your report or scheduling of your appointment will be delayed correspondingly. It is also the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid email address for communications and a stable internet connection (for online consultations). We are not liable for any delay or nondelivery of services caused by incorrect information provided by you or technical difficulties on your side.

6. Delivery of Services & Timelines

Our Delivery Policy (see the dedicated section below) outlines typical timeframes for our services. In summary: personalized written reports are generally delivered via email within 2–3 weeks after we have received both your payment and complete information (via the questionnaire or form). Consultation appointments (phone/Video calls) are usually scheduled approximately 6–12 weeks after registration/payment, depending on Mr. Jumaani’s availability and the number of bookings ahead of you. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines. While we strive to honor the indicated timelines, Numerology is a meticulous process and Mr. Jumaani is in high demand; therefore, some flexibility is necessary. We will do our best to keep you informed of your report’s progress or appointment date. If an unforeseen circumstance causes a significant delay, we will notify you promptly and, if needed, discuss alternative solutions (such as scheduling at the next earliest slot or providing interim guidance). Please note that delivery timelines count from the time we receive your completed client information form, not necessarily from the moment of payment if there’s any lag in you submitting details.

7. Missed Appointments & Rescheduling

Scheduling a consultation (especially a live call with Mr. Jumaani) involves reserving a dedicated time slot exclusively for you. We understand that emergencies or scheduling conflicts can arise, and we will try to accommodate changes if possible. However, if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment, you must inform us at least 48–72 hours (2–3 days) in advance of your scheduled time. Notifications should be sent via email (or phone, during business hours) to our contact details provided. If you fail to attend your appointment or do not provide sufficient advance notice, the session will be considered a “no-show” and will be forfeited. In such a case, we will consider the service as delivered from our end (since that time was allotted and could not be given to someone else on short notice). You will not be entitled to a refund or a free re-scheduling for a missed appointment without proper notice. However, if you do inform us with at least 2–3 days’ notice, we will make one sincere attempt to reschedule you to the next available slot. Please be aware that due to the high volume of clients and Mr. Jumaani’s tight calendar, the next available slot after a reschedule may be several weeks out (potentially another 6–12 weeks). We appreciate your patience and will try our best to find a mutually convenient time. Note that repeated rescheduling or multiple no-shows may result in our inability to offer further appointments without additional charges.

8. Mode of Consultation (Video/Audio)

Consultations with Mr. Jumaani can be conducted via video call or audio call, typically using platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, or Skype. We aim to provide a video session for a more personal experience, but video calls are subject to network connectivity and regional availability. In certain regions or circumstances, if a video connection is unstable or not feasible, the session may be conducted via a voice call for continuity. The duration of the live call is usually around 6–9 minutes, as per our service package, during which you can discuss roughly 4-5 questions or concerns. In the rare event of a technical disruption (e.g., call drops or poor internet), we will attempt to reconnect. If issues persist, we may complete the consultation via an audio call or follow up with an email summary of key points, ensuring you still receive the guidance you paid for. By booking a consultation, you agree to be flexible regarding the mode of communication if technical issues arise. We recommend you ensure a quiet environment and reliable internet or phone connection at the time of your appointment.

9. Intellectual Property & Personal Use of Reports

All content provided to you — including written reports, audio recordings, emails, recommendations, and any other material from Sanjay B Jumaani — is intellectual property owned by Sanjay B Jumaani. These materials are provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell any part of the reports or consultation outputs to any third party. Sharing small excerpts with family or close friends for personal discussion is fine, but you cannot share the full report publicly (for example, posting it online or forwarding to large groups) without our explicit written permission. Similarly, you must not use the content of your report or consultation for any commercial purpose, such as rebranding it or claiming it as your own work. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content may violate copyright, confidentiality, and the trust on which our services are based. We take our intellectual property rights seriously and also respect your privacy in return (we will not share your personal report content with others). If you wish to reference or quote a part of your report publicly (such as a testimonial or success story), please contact us for permission and guidelines. We are usually happy to allow it with proper context, but written permission is required in advance.

10. Mr. Jumaani’s Availability & Right to Reschedule

While Sanjay B Jumaani makes every effort to honor all scheduled consultations and deliver reports on time, his availability is subject to change in rare situations. Unforeseen circumstances such as personal emergencies, health issues, or other commitments may occasionally require us to reschedule an appointment or adjust a delivery timeline. We reserve the right to postpone or rearrange a consultation in such exceptional cases. Rest assured, this is a rare occurrence and we do so only when absolutely necessary. In the unlikely event that we must reschedule your appointment, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and provide a new date/time that is as convenient as possible for you. If a report delivery is delayed due to such circumstances, we will likewise inform you and ensure you receive it as soon as we are able to complete it with the quality it deserves. We understand that your time is valuable, and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by such delays. Please understand that this work is a “one-man show” for consultations and Mr. Jumaani is personally involved in each report/reading; hence, a degree of human contingency applies. We appreciate your patience and will always strive to meet our commitments. If a service must be outright canceled from our side (e.g., in a very extreme scenario where we cannot fulfill it at all), we will offer you the choice of a full refund or an alternative solution.

11. Limitation of Liability

By availing our services, you acknowledge that Sanjay B Jumaani and his team are providing insights and guidance based on established Numerological methods and personal expertise, but we cannot be held liable for how you interpret or act upon this guidance. Any decisions you make or actions you take following a consultation or report are entirely your responsibility. Sanjay B Jumaani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of opportunity, revenue, personal/professional losses, or any adverse events) that may result from following the advice or predictions given. Additionally, while we strive for accuracy and timely delivery, if errors, omissions, or delays occur (for example, a typo in a report, or an appointment scheduling error), our obligation is limited to correcting the mistake or rescheduling the service at no extra charge. In any case, the maximum liability of Sanjay B Jumaani, if established, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any services provided shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. Often, misunderstandings can be resolved through open communication. However, if a dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts for litigating any such disputes.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective once posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
