However, in most cases, the digital copy suffices and can be easily printed by you if needed.

2. Consultation Scheduling & Delivery

For services that involve a live consultation (audio or video call), the “delivery” is essentially the completion of that scheduled call with Mr. Jumaani. Here’s what to expect:

  • Scheduling the Call: After your payment is confirmed for a consultation package, our team will reach out to you via email (or phone/WhatsApp) to initiate scheduling. We will provide an estimated timeframe for when your session can be scheduled, typically around 6–12 weeks from booking. This range exists because Mr. Jumaani handles all consultations personally and the schedule is usually booked out several weeks in advance. We appreciate your patience during this waiting period – know that every client’s session is important and gets due attention. If you have any blackout dates or preferences, you can inform us, and we will try to accommodate those when assigning your slot.
  • Confirmation of Date/Time: Once a slot opens for you, we will contact you with a proposed date and time for the call. We always consider time zone differences – so if you are outside India, we will schedule at a reasonable local time for you whenever possible. You will typically receive this scheduling notice a couple of weeks before the proposed date. You must confirm your availability by replying to that email or message. Only after we receive your confirmation will the appointment be locked. 3. Delivery Timeline Considerations

We mention estimated timelines (2–3 weeks for reports, 6–12 weeks for calls) to set proper expectations, but please be aware of a few additional considerations:

  • High Demand & Peak Seasons: During certain times of the year or after media appearances, we may experience a surge in consultation requests. Additionally, at the start of the New Year or around significant astrological events, many people seek readings. These peak periods can lead to longer wait times than usual. We operate largely on a first-come, first-served basis (except where urgent newborn or business name cases might be prioritized).   • Fast-Track Consultation (Limited Availability): For standard consultations, we occasionally have a fast-track option depending on Mr. Jumaani’s schedule. This could potentially get you a consultation within 7–21 days instead of the usual wait, but it is subject to availability and sometimes an additional fee (because it might involve overtime or rescheduling other commitments). If you are interested in a fast-track, you should call our office (the contact numbers provided) before booking to inquire if this is possible at the moment. We will be honest – if it’s not feasible, we won’t promise it. If it is, we’ll guide you on the process. Please note that it’s a one-man show for consultations; there’s only so much Mr. Jumaani can physically do in a week, so fast-tracks are by necessity limited.
  • If an expedited service is confirmed, all other terms still apply (no cancellation, etc.). We will treat it with urgency, and likewise request that you be highly responsive in communications since timelines will be tight.

5. Changes to Delivery or Shipping Policy

We may update our delivery procedures from time to time – for instance, introducing new digital delivery platforms, or adjusting timelines as we refine our process. If you have booked a service prior to a policy change, that service will be fulfilled according to the policy that was in effect at the time of your booking (unless the change benefits you and you’re happy to adopt it).
